I haven't tried the TAD EL34's but I have tried both of the TAD 6L6's and heard a few amps set up with the EL84 and dig them...I think the TAD stuff is a great value in current production tubes!

are they not just a diff company matching and labeling the chinese tubes Ruby has always done?

i thought he uses svetlanas. The laney sig amp however comes with TAD tubes

I believe TAD EL34STR's are the same as RUBY EL34BSTR's. Yes, they're Chinese. I hated them. Very bright. I prefer Winged 'C' or JJ's.
