Teese WOF Wah

Any one out here played a Teese Wheels of Fire Wah:15: I have a picture wah and love it, but sometimes want more range and more of a zakk type wah, and everyone tells me the WOF is the way to go. Plus it is red... I love red.:nervous:

Re: Teese WOF Wah

Sell the PW and get a RMC3 as you can dial in both the PW and WOF type wah sounds, or at least get them to within about 95% which is close enough for my taste

Actually as much as I did like the PW, I found it wasn't my 100% ideal wah tone so with the RMC3 and a few minor tweaks I was able to get the PW with just a bit more lows and a little more cut which thusly made it really ideal.

Though yes that red color is very cool.....

+1.... I've got a Wizard and it's a great sounding Wah.... infact, my mate said it was a great .... wahhhhhht the f*ck kind of wah is it? Lol.....

Re: Teese WOF Wah

I got the wof. It is a monster! I might just keep my picture, but it is so subtle compared to the wof! Take a dunlop wylde wah, take out the boxiness and add more growl and some other strange but cool stuff and you have it. It is also nice to adjust the wet signal and low and Q. I tried a 3 a couple of times... I like simple because if I can tweak I will do that more than playing. The 3 is great though!

Re: Teese WOF Wah

I'm still reppin' my RMC-2.... settings #3, #6, & #8 especially with that toe end sweet spot.... I love the thing. The louder you turn up your signal the more it shines, which is nuts, & i run both factory channels of a King of Tone with a fully pushed TS-9 & a ross clone compressor with the wah on at times, & it cleans up amazingly.
