Tele Bridge Tone Tips

Had the same problem with a Fender Pure vintage 64 set - love the neck but the bridge was lacking. No punch

the JD solved that problem in spades. It sounds great clean or driven Great combo of overwound and A2 mags

i just wired the 4 way switch for tele and the 4th position is so cool to have as an option. Sounds like a neck humbucker to me.

well the paul bunyan is my favorite right now, and there are other tele bridges i like (JD, cobraT, chopperT, flat50s, QP, …)
so i seem to like more beef than vintage.
but out of all of them the JD is definitely the one which matches output wise the best with a std. tele neck. it’s already quite hot compared to a std. neck, but the others go even further and the middle position lacks because of that…

and i agree you should wire the series yourself. those 75$ are a rip off
