I like the 6-saddle bridge on mine. It works, stays in tune, intonation is set. Nothing wrong with it. I actually prefer it since I've played Strats for so long. I'm used to the 6-saddle sound and feel so it works for me. Different strokes for different folks.

I prefer the feel of the 6 saddle design, especially considering my palm is always hovering over the bridge and the height adjustment screws on the barrels can scratch my hand. Next time I have it apart I need to trim those.

Tone wise, I prefer a trio of brass saddles over the stamped steel bridge plate.

Sadly, it's an appearence issue to me. I can't look at a 6 saddle bridge on a tele and think it's a tele. :smack:
