I've always been intrigued by these. How is their tone? How's the weight and balance? Anyone own one?

I have had a mockingbird special as my main guitar for about 9 years now. Mahogany body mahogany neck through maple carved top. I got rid of the stock Rockfields in less than 6 months though. I put some Gib BB pros in it. (Sorry Seymour) I have also upgraded the bridge (gotoh 510) and put treble circuits in it. I love it. I am not a thin neck proponent so I like the neck and would probably prefer an even thicker one. I have larger than average hands though.
