Hard to beat a plain old three-color burst with either maple or rosewood board.

Love the Mary Jaye blonde, the Fiesta red...and Pink Paisley, of course.

And DAMN, I wish I'd bought one of the Custom Shop Marilyn Monroe nudes. Best. Finish. EVER!!!!

I've got one in gold, a nice dark red, a metallic blue, had a Kramer in vintage white (miss that one...), so I kinda gotta say "Well, whatever floats your boat."

But, I personally love 'em in a nice dark Honey burst.

When I was a kid, maybe a year or so before I started playing guitar, I got my hands on a Fender catalog. I read it over and over, cover to cover. I remember first seeing the word "humbucking" in that catalog. Anyway, when it came to the Strats, of course they showed all the colors. But I remember thinking to myself, "When you can have sunburst, why would you even consider any of the other colors?"

To this day, every Strat I've ever owned has been sunburst.

I like helicopter white. I have one here i scored, it was a home made job from some unknown aussies guy and man it is awesome. Once i finally get it all together i bet some jaws will drop.

paisley's are special, that's for sure

My personal favorite is sonic blue with a tort pick guard. The lefty neck and gold hardware is just for the bling of it all
