Speakers can make a huge difference. When I had Weber recone my G1280s it was like getting a new amp.

i took it to a friend of mine house and played through his cab. and it made a world of difference. his cab is a 2x12 with vintage 30's. there was alot more bottom end there which suprised me because it was an open back cab. i have no problem trying to get new speakers. i am just trying to decide if its worth it. i like the uber alot. but since i play so many styles of music. i play every thing from coc to tool to zztop and clapton. so i need something that could cover all those. i am wondering if i should just try to sell it or trade it for something that will do good cleans and blues with so gain then just throw a pedal in front to get heavier sounds. i owned both of the new marshalls which were good but the jvm needed too much tweaking and the vintage modern messed up. before i bought the uber i started to just get another jcm 800 or a jmp. then i decided to try bogner since i have heard so much. i wanted a shiva but all the ones i found were 6l6 at the time. i looked at splawn but the ones on ebay so so fast. and the wait time was too long. i needed an amp as soon as possible.

also wouldnt my cab be rated 240 watts if it was loaded with vintage 30's. with the speakers that are in it its rated at 280.

4x V30 gives you a 240W cab. But unless you have a like 300W head there shouldn't be a problem with it.
And since you want real flexibility and already payed Bogner-level prices you might want to consider an Engl SE head or maybe a Savage 120. Both these heads have all the tones you want and should be in your price range.

Yes. These are supposedly marshall/celestion v30, rated at 70w instead of 60w. A lot of sites I looked at called them v30, or said
most websites said:
Speakers: 4x12 in. Celestion G12 Vintage 70W S81 speakers SPKR-00022 also known as "Vintage 30"
some sites just flat out referred to them as v30. Anyway, open the cab, make sure they are the correct speakers, and make sure the wiring is correct. If one speaker is out of phase, it will make you sound horrible (especially the bass response)
