The black one is a partsocaster....Rockinger body with two stock 93 US singles and a duncan custom pickup plus a neck from a mexican deluxe series strat while the candy apple red one is a former fender strat special FR HSS which has had the floyd rose and the locking nut removed and fitted with a JB trembucker.

Re: The Fender Stratocaster Club

Fenderiarhs, very cool collection there. I am jealous of you w/those HSS setups on the w/the 6 screw bridges...something I wish my red strat had, lol.

lol thanks a lot man! :)
You really made my day!

Yeah, I lower the bridge saddles as low as I can for action. I have .11's on there so I can lower them even more and they won't buzz, the stirng is thicker and that makes more tension and since the string's more tighter, it vibrates in smaller circles meaning, it won't flap around the fret all the time. :fingersx:

Re: The Fender Stratocaster Club

KMC, love that blue one...esp. if it had an all-white humbucker in the bridge.

Anyone else? we need more Stratocaster® appreciation!

Re: The Fender Stratocaster Club

Ok, here's mine again. This time, with a single bucker guard (Custom Custom) and a single 500k push/pull wired to split.

EDIT: 11/16/2006 - Pickup change (who woulda thunk it!....LOL). Second pic is with the Air Zone in the bridge, also split via push/pull.
