Echosex 2 is one head version of the Binson. If you want multiple heads you go with the Caitalin echorec or this Boonar. The ability to select record heads is huge on the Boonar. Easy and visual. On the CB, it's a 12 position rotary dial and I found myself sitting there with the cheat sheet trying to figure out which setting I had.

Also this one has a drum age control which gives it the quirky quality of the old ones that needed service. And the swell mode is excellent and footswitchable on the Boonar. It's got a serious reverb MOD thing going. Quite tasty if you are into echo units. Especially the four head variety.

I had never heard of that one before. It sounds awesome. I'm going to have to try really hard not to buy it because I am feeling the "need".
