I'll add the B.C. Rich Virgin bass to that. The Kelly definitely fits the bill!
my vote goes to the Jackson Kelly bass... although any pointy bass will be metal.

Ya know..Van Halens Hot Rod marshall sound is sort of where classic heavy Metal comes full circle into a double Helix and folds back in on itslef blending with modern metal. Almost. That bass isnt modern metal though, and modern metal IS the MOST metal, cause of advances in basses , pickups, amps, and playing styles..Snyders submission is way more metal then the Jack bass.

Jack bass is cool and has the right idea in mind.
IMO, this thread comes from the original thread, in which "most metal looking" means the instruments the personify metal the most -the style, attitudes..etc Not most metal in what is considered to be the style of metal these days.

The funny thing about basses is that there's so many basses that produce a good tone for metal so it's not uncommon to see people in the same band with pointy metal guitars and a jazz bass.
Metallica had their Vs and Exploreres and Cliff would use Rickenbacker/Aria
Cannibal Corpse's guitar players use BC Rich and Alex Webster uses a Spector.
The list goes on.

BC rich Warlock screams metal to me.. I used to have a killer poster of early Crue and nikki was playing a warlock and mick was playing a warlock and it looked evil!! Micks musta been a handmade or something. it was neck thru and the points were rounded. WANT!!
