Hey guys, right now I have a strat that I love and a tele that I love.
The thing I like about the 70s Pawn Shop strat is the one bridge humbucker and a neck single, with a hardtail bridge! I want to order one with a hard case. Question though, what do you all think of the quality compared to an American strat?
Also, can the pickguard be replaced or painted? It is sort of ugly! I prefer solid color pickguards!
I envision this with a Duncan Antiquity JB in the bridge with a Duncan Vintage Stack in the neck with a solid black or solid white pickguard.

Thanks!
