Thanks...sorry about the wrong model number...it is a 430 s II....1991.
This one was not born with the beehives, but the the strat style plastic ones it has again now.
Dug up the Gotoh tuners at work today, was happy to find these with the pearloid wings
Off the ugly not very good Schallers went...I am selling those when I get home...

Hehe orange is cool...
Had hoped to dig a white 430 up someday..but black is just as fine!

My next Ibbie project is to dig up some old Roadstar or another Sabre with a Floyd!

I have a couple of those. Great guitars. I have some vintage single coils in one, and Fluence in the other. I brought the Fluence equipped one along to this (and a few other) webcasts. Starts about 20 minutes in.



I also wish one of mine was white, so much so that I think I'm going to paint one.

Yep neckplate...think it got discontinued before the new heel was introduced!

What you want is a Proline :cool2:.

But if you're set on a Roadstar, one of the '86 models for sure.

I'm looking...not too fixed on what model and such...
Saw some sweet ones on evilbay....some roadstars and such...
I'm also looking for a neck for my RS135 body and an extra pickguard for it!

Yeah, most of them are good. The '86 models with the scratchplate are routed HHH as well, so one can experiment.

I'd like to augment my Proline stable just because, not because I need other guitars. Want an 1880 and a 2660, both rare as f***.

Out of the Roadstars, I'm kinda gassing for an RG530 in this colour...

^^ I wish! Some of the blokes on Jemsite have serious Proline stables, and of course our Frank. There's been a couple of nice ones on eBay recently.

But yes, you do need one .
