i had an original BYOC screamer kit that i built and posted about back in 2005 with the original style long rectangular board in the MASSIVE enclosure before the current new design came out. i was looking at a pile of parts and realized i had an extra small MXR size enclosure so i decided to try and fit 10 pounds of crap in a 5 pound bag....sideways LOL. so i did a few quick mods to it (clipping section and cap changes) and spent most of my time laying out the enclosure to make sure things fit well.
so here you have it, a screamer sideways in an MXR box. batteries NOT included LOL, i have no need for them anyway since my board runs off a voodoo pedal power 2+.
i give you the "Primal Scream" (version 2.0 i guess since it's a rebuild from my original primal scream hahaha)
i forgot to take a shot of the guts but i'll tell you now, the key to it working...FOAM...left over from an EMG pickup package. the thin grey/black stuff used most times to wrap the 9v battery in. this keeps all the guts from touching in the cramped area and giving me a smoke show lol.
