Well, I finished mixing and mastering my band's (SUPERCHIEF) demo. We're calling it "Rock Music" and it is available now for listening, streaming etc. We tried to get it downloadable but that seems like it is eluding us........

Congrats.....Good Stuff! ....appropriately titled CD! ...sounds better than alot of stuff getting airplay around here!

......The Clutch influence comes through but not too much so...nice job!

Free speech doesn't apply to private forums? Personally, I believe free speech applies 24/7 - 365, any place, any time. Had my comments been a personal attack, different story. My comments were put up to let my listeners know what they should, or shouldn't be looking out for, art-wise. You get to say what you want, and as long as tact is being applied, the people should be able to decide for themselves what opinions they want to take to heart and which ones they choose to ignore. I didn't read your original post. This forum is the property of the Seymour Duncan company, they can police it any way they want. Free speech does not exist on private forums.

Why not go to the main forum and introduce yourself, there are a lot of cool people here.

^^^His original post made the comment that we shouldn't be allowed to release this kind of music (huh, so much for free speech) as it didn't adhere to some kind of indie artistic code. Missing the point entirely that we actually don't give a flying feck about what we "should" do, we just do what we want to do. We're too old to be hip and trendy.
