Have you ever seen the CSI show film anywhere in or near Vegas, or is it all shot in Vancouver like all the other shows?

Ed Roman (y/n)? Why (not)?

Re: The Well Part LX: super rad edition

Best wishes for your twin brothers!

What inspired you to play guitar? & have you evert aken advantage of the legalized prostitution?:naughty:
i'unno, i was makin' origami all the time and didn't have any real interests and hobbies, and my stepdad was tired of seeing origami all over the place so he bought me an acoustic for my 15th birthday. i didn't really use it for almost a year. then i started practicing, and then got my first electric in april of 07. the fact that i spent almost $250 the day i bought it made me feel like that would've been wasted had i not learned how to play. and no, i haven't taken advantage of the fact that prostitution is legal here, due to the fact that i don't own a car;)

"Big D and the Kids Table"?
Is that the worst band name ever?
meh i've heard worse:)

Who is your daddy & what does he do?
which one? my biological dad is some guy from colorado named mark, and i don't know what he does. the guy i actually call my dad was a bartender for the longest time, but now he is in timeshare sales. my stepdad is a bartender.

Do you have a hang-out place that's not your house?
not really, i don't get out as often as i did while i was in school. i guess you could say i hang out at the guitar center by my grandma's sometimes since i never buy anything there i just talk to the salesppl in guitars.

What's so hard about a six inch commute???
har har har it's more like... i'unno 10-15 miles? and usually i go with my mom and we spend most of the night there. we leave home sometime in the afternoon, run some errands, drop of my lil' sis at my grandmas by 7:00-7:30, get to the hospital half 'n' hour later, and stay there pretty late. usually we don't get home until 1am. this is basically every day of the week except for sunday and monday when my stepdad is off.

Do you like Frank Zappa?

Also, I just read your signature. Do you really eat Spam?
frank zappa's cool, but i don't listen to his music. he's got too big a catalog for me to really know where to start. maybe a suggestion would help;)
and yes, i eat spam pretty often compared to most folks. i usually eat it as fried slices with rice, chopped up in ramen, chopped up in fried rice, or chopped up in an omlet. it's actually pretty good when you cook it well enough and get the grease off.

Ed Roman (y/n)? Why (not)?
i'unno about the CSI thing, though i think they shoot it here...
ed roman's alright. not bad or good, just ..eh. i went to his shop last year after he downsized to a tiny shop(i don't really remember when...) he wasn't there, but he had a nice selection of guitars and the staff were really nice. they even let me plug in one of those bakers. the baker wasn't anything special, but i tried a natural finish maximus(his neck-through les paul knock-off) it was one of the most comfortable guitars i'd ever layed my hands on, bar-none. everything about it was perfectly smooth to the touch as far as the neck joint and frets go, and the neck profile was nice too. it partly inspired me to do the same thing to my sg, though mostly for feel. so i'd say he's not bad as far as my experience goes, but i've heard some pretty bad stuff about the guy.

Is this one of the greatest songs ever, or do you care?

Oh yeah, and would you wear a ring like E has on his left hand? I would!!.....lol

listening to it right now. cool song, though elvis isn't really my thing.
he is dressed pretty badass tho:biglaugh:

Get Strictly Commercial. It's a collection of singles, and probably the most accessible thing to start with. Hot Rats would probably be a good choice, too.

I used to work 3rd shift in a grocery store, most of which involves stocking shelves. I was running backstock, and had a case that was mixed cans of Treet (knock-off Spam) and cat food. I tripped on something, and dropped the box, and a few cans of both Treet and cat food broke upon. The other guy who was back there helped me clean it up, but neither of us could tell what was what in the mess.

first of all, treet is not spam...:)
if you like frank zappa, then spam should be right up yer alley;)
oh and an egg slicer works wonders for getting nice even slices of the stuff to fry up!

What do you want to do when you grow up?

What will your next amp be? Next guitar?

What is your favorite automobile?

What do you want to learn about?

Re: The Well Part LX: super rad edition

What do you want to do when you grow up?
the main shareholder of gibson usa:) seriously though there's a few things i've considered; chef, real estate agent, financial advisor, ... actually if i could be some sort of combination of the sort i'd be happy.

What will your next amp be? Next guitar?
next amp and guitar? ooohhh...
my next amp is something i never really think about, though those new vox modellers seem pretty cool, maybe one of those. and next guitar? that's a hard call. i'm pretty impulsive, so i could say i'm going to get one thing and come home with something completely different. i'd like something with a maple top and mahagony body/set mahogany neck with better high fret access than a les paul. hopefully a dean caddy or washburn idol.

edit: actually i've been looking at rondo's agile guitars, and those things are frickin' smokin' for the price! i may have to go that way..... i mean, they have a friggin' checkered double neck tele and a les paul with real maple top and tonepros!

edit edit: and i changed my mind about the amp because i'm more awake and alert now, i want an egnater rebel with an avatar 2x12:)
What is your favorite automobile?
my grandpa's homebuilt cobra that i witnessed him build when i was 9(and helped rivet in some panels:D), made of a factory five kit and fox mustang parts(http://www.factoryfive.com/):
grandpascobra1.jpg

What do you want to learn about?
macro-economics, certain aspects of psychology, human anatomy, woodworking skills, stock trading, more aspects of how the government works, and alternative fuels.
