I don't know...I have recently changed the speaker and the power amp tubes and everything was ok for a while. The amp is now pharting and the sound is harsh....I'm puzzled.

great tone, and chops but the high end (b and e strings) seemed kinda harsh and whiney and almost lifeless, not as smooth and gainey as the other strings. perhaps it was the eq, webcam speaker or just speaker break in time.
who knows. but like I said earlier great stuff.

I figured out what was wrong with the amp....

I recenlty changed the power tubes so I didn't suspect those, but when I looked behind the amp, I saw that only one of the 6L6 was glowing! I'm surprised that the amp still worked...Anyhow, that explained the harshness...I put in another tube (unbiased, I tried my luck) and it got better. phew.....:smack:
