TI1BL with slugs and screws help

I just got a 1999 USA Custom Shop Washburn WMS and the bridge pickup looks like an ordinary Seymour Duncan humbucker. When I looked on the back it was labeled with a sticker TI1BL which would indicate an Iommi or an El Diablo, but those have rails and are crazy hot. This one measures 14.15. I did a Google search and a couple of threads like this came up but I didn't see any resolution. Any ideas? Thanks.

i have a wms too, nice little guitar. i dont why that label is on that pup since at 14k its probably a custom (hard to say what magnet though)

Multimeter reads 14.15
