Seems alot of members have gotten new LP's since the last time we had one of these threads.

Doesn't matter if you've shown pics before or not, post em' up again!

Tell us what model, year, what pickups, any mods etc.etc.

Let's see some good ole Gibson goodness!

Superb!! Extraordinaire! Quite the A-La-Grande Classique ensemble of most discriminating taste and high aesthetic sensibility. Pretty good.

Hope you guys don't end up in jail for all that Indian rosewood :D

I also find it a little strange, both you guys have double zebras in all of them (but one of loosey loos).

Re: Time For A "POST A PIC OF YOUR LES PAUL" Thread

Is there anything better than seeing Lucid and Jolly's Les Paul collection? Those are some beautiful guitars. I'm glad to see that a lot of our members have either purchased or have been able to hang onto their beautiful guitars through these tough times. Good for everyone who has! I'll be posting my one and only later, and she ain't going ANYWHERE, lol.

Luci9d that Wine Red Custom guitar sticks out like a sore thumb among the others. You have to sell me that. Thats one of my favorite guitars on the forum..maybe THE favorite.

Nothing special. A Studio & a Standard. Not much too look at but they both play & sound great!

an updated pic of the Standard all blacked out with new Slash AlnicoII pickups not guard & black pickup rings. An all black guitar is very sexy don't you think?

She's no Gibson, but I just got it this week, and it's my first Les Paul, and I am still in the honeymoon, so you have to look at it:

Re: Time For A "POST A PIC OF YOUR LES PAUL" Thread

Those LP Specials are sweet. Would love one of those myself. It would match my SG Classic perfectly. ;)

That 02 Studio in the blue/green is awesome. I saw one of those locally a love the color in person. It has that flip-flop thing going on.

And a good 'ol fashioned ebony Standard does it for me. Bludave nailed it for me.

Re: Time For A "POST A PIC OF YOUR LES PAUL" Thread

^ was amazed how nice that guitar sounded. Not like I don't know any diffence either. I have a old '85 Gibson Les Paul DC Standard, a 2005 Les Paul Std. and two Agiles 3100 Les Pauls copys.
These mid level Pauls can sound very very good ....even better with the perfect pickup choice in 'em.
Whats the astonishing part about an Agile( Elpi?) Les Paul, is that even though they can't give you the feel/response of a real Gibson, the actual hands on pklayability with the flat radius and bigger frets actually can make for a faster more comfortable player for some styles. IDK.
