I was thinking....and enlighten me if there is such a document, but is there a Duncan timeline sheet, that tells us what year every Duncan was introduced?

Have asked this question too, but no one chimed in.
I know a buddy bought an Invader in about 1979, so those have been out awhile.
Hope some body else can remember when these released.

This topic rolled around last year too. I'm remembering that such a document doesn't exist. Why can't we put it together on the forum? I've got some old pup receipts and might even be able to dredge up my old "How to pick a pickup" brochure.

Yea, a timeline that shows when Seymour wound his first pup, and when he started the duncan business along with all of the endorsers for the various pups. That would be pretty cool and helpful for those looking for a sound in a certain era. Plus the history lession as well.

I thought I vaguely remembered seeing one on here. I'm sure it's a document that's in the company's records, but not a part of the site. It'd be interesting to know the years each pickup was introduced.

I think bachtorock has some sort of information that can help you...its a catalogue from the 70's it show a JB, a custom, 59's and somthing else
