Tone bypass on an on/on mini toggle

Hi, I want to bypass my tone on a switch, keeping my volume in the circuit. I usually play Rhythms with the one at 7 to thicken itvup, my idea to to bypass it to create a pseudo rhythm/ lead switch. Any ideas on how to achieve this?

It’s a Ltd viper...but I’m more interested on how I can wire. Right now, it’s wired passive vol/tone/ 3way toggle/ two humbuckers. I’m going to be adding a monetary kill button as well...but I’ve got that covered.

Note that you can use one side of a DPDT or just get a SPDT

You just need a simple on/off switch. Run the wire that connects the tone pot to the signal through the switch. When switch is on, tone control is working. Switch off, tone control disabled. I did this to a couple different guitars 25ish years ago. One of them I still have.
It really is that simple. Why use an on/on switch?

That would work as well... Same circuit.
