Tone pot trouble

[Spider-Strat]

I'm wiring my strat for 1 single coil 1 volume and 1 tone but the tone pot doesn't seem to be working. I've followed the wiring diagrams as far as I can tell. Any ideas?

The capacitor is fine.

The red cable from the volume pot should go to the centre terminal on the Master Tone pot.

There's only 1 tone knob and one volume knob. What exactly are you saying? There is a third pot in the picture but that's the second tone that is no longer connected or being used.

Just solder the red wire to the middle terminal instead of the terminal that you have it on now (of the same pot). Sorry for my previous post, I usually have the tone pot's terminals facing the volume pot ones.
