Hey team - quick question on how to get this treble bleed circuit to work
I've wired up a gorgeous PRS SE Custom 24 to have 2 push/push knobs that are volume controls in the down position, and tone controls in the up position.
I'm having trouble uploading an image to the forum, so here's a link to an image of said wiring from google: https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&url...ved=0CAsQjRxqFwoTCKiZr_OC__MCFQAAAAAdAAAAABAF
The only relevant change I've made to this circuit is that I've added a treble bleed between the center lug (taking the "hot from pickup") and the right lug (not the lug wired to the tone cap).
I don't seem to be getting the usual benefits of a treble bleed, and my tone definitely muffles slightly when I roll the volume off. It isn't an issue with the treble bleed cap value or resistor value – I've tried a few different values, with and without resistors, and I have treble bleeds on all of my other guitars so I've done this before.
Any thoughts? Am I just not thinking of this correctly with respect to where the treble bleed cap should be placed?
