Triple Shot question

I've got a LP copy and need a Triple Shot ring for the bridge. What's the height on the bridge ring, and does SD make them in flat? Preferably cream colored.

Thank you.

Hi,

The height is the same as the stock Les Paul (Gibson, Tokai, Agile, etc) pickup. And another yes, there's a flat version for other type of guitars/bridges.

Re: Triple Shot question

Thank you. Does SD make a flat bridge ring that's a little under 0.5" (same height as the curved bridge)?

Yeah, the flat version is .27" tall (in the heigh side were the controls are located) and smaller in the other side. So you should be fine.

I used this in an Ibanez S series and fit just fine.

Re: Triple Shot question

The .27" version seems more like it's for a neck pickup, not for a LP bridge where the strings are angled more upward at that point.

Re: Triple Shot question

as far as i know there is only one flat version. ive used the flat version on a few guitars with tune-o-matic style bridges and they have worked fine. the bridge pup is cranked up pretty high but its worked for me

Re: Triple Shot question

Don't forget a lot of import models tend to use different spacing/dimensions :)

Re: Triple Shot question

Either one will be fine, as they're flexible enough for the gentle slope of a Les Paul.
