triple shots and 2 dpdt mini switches

I got the triple shots suggested in the forum hooked them up fine.problem is I have three dpdt switches one for phase for neck and bridge one for parallel/series for neck and bridge and one three way for for neck/bridge . can any body tell me how to hook up the switches?

the series/parallel I'm not sure about
mine was done with a 5way super switch


the three way is easy
it is on-on-on right?
the middle leg takes the in from volume
and the outside lugs take the black from either TS

the phase switch

take one set of leads from the TS
do this , but substitute Black/White for the Black/Green

got the three way, got the phase, still need help for series/parallel and tying the two switches together, Does anyone have wiring diagram for this?
