+1 on george dennis as well as the true bypass series the standard series (while not true bypass) have low amount of tone suck and you can get ones that double as volume or distortion pedal!

As for true bypass pedals Vox has one, Dunlop has a few, the Buddah, all the Teese, Both the Fulltone wahs, these George Dennis wahs, the new Colorsounds, the Supa Quack from Pro Analog...to be honest it's actually harder to find a NON True Bypass wah these days...
