Please have your guitar repaired in the shop of your choice and send me the repair bill.
Should your guitar be beyond repair, please have this confirmed in writing by the shop. This confirmation should state its purchase date and price. Based on this information, we will proceed with the reimbursement of its actual value, i.e. apply a depreciation of 10% per year.
In order to be able to process the payment, if possible, please provide me with following information:
Name and address of the account holder
Name and address of the bank
Account number
Sort code
