i almost bought a Hughes And Kettner Cream Machine as it has both a pre-amp and power tube section, but my GAS was getting out of control at the time and never got a hold of one...

I've got a Blackstar HT-Dual that I love.

Someone mentioned the 16v power supply. Just to add salt to the wound, it's 16v AC, meaning you need to run it off the propriety wall wart - I couldn't find a multibrick PSA to run that and my 9vDC pedals off. Doesn't mean it's not out there, I just couldn't find it, so my pedal board has a 4 point board running a single 1Spot (great PSA, currently supplying 7 pedals) and the bloody Blackstar adapter.
