Tubes For Pro Junior

I think I need new power tubes for my pro junior. It seems to crackle and cut in and out at about 4 on the volume and sound farty. I have tried with many preamp tubes and some its ok JJ Tesla but with GT Mullards or EHX's it sound awful compared to how it sounded about a month ago so I'm thinking its the power tubes (JJ EL84's). What brands do people recommend for the power tubes in a Fender Pro Junior?
I also thought while Im buying tubes Id try more expensive 12AX7's what do people think about the Tung Sol ECC803's?

I tried several brands of EL-84s in my Blues Jr. and ended up liking the Ei brand the best. Still have bell-like highs, but not the harsh edge that some other did (and not as dark/warm as the JJs). Also, the breakup seems to be nice and smooth instead of sudden clean/nasty.

I've tried the Tung Sol 12AX7s in both tube amps and like them for rock. They seem to run hot. However, everybody's got an opinion about tubes and an _____, so do a search here, order a few and try them out in the first preamp tube slot. That's the one where you get the most bang for your buck.

I did cos they were darker but when I put the alnico blue speaker in I found them a little muddier compared to mullards (groove tubes) although I found EHX too harsh so I though Tung Sol would sound nice or a lower gain tube to reduce distortion.

GTECC83s, 2 of them, and two fender powertubes, russian. It rips, Higher gain, perfect for like 60-70 rock.

Do you mean the stock tubes because I found them bland harsh and boring and would have put them back in temporarily but cant find them.

Nope, I have no idea what these power tubes are, the whole town was sold out and I had to go for a pair of unmarked fender tubes, they sound pretty awesome though. Rated to 7 I think
