Tubeworks 4x12 cab??

A friend of mine is thinking about buying a tubeworks 4x12 cab. All she knows is that it has celestions in it, and the guy who has it right now is using a mesa dual rect to push it. I cant find any reviews on this, so I figure I'd ask everyone here. Anything good/bad about these cabs that she should know about? BTW, the cab is $200...I think it's a good deal, do you?

I had a tube works 2 x12 cab . It sounded pretty good!! The cool thing
about it was you could take the bottom back panel off for a open back
sound. I don't remember what speakers where in it? The only reason I
got rid of it was Cuz' the speakers where verticale instead of stagared , And it was gray carpet (My amp looked kinda silly on it.) :yell: It was
only around 15 inches wide my amp was around 22 inches.
