Korg DT-10. Works great, accureate and tracks very well.

I ll propably take the boss at the end of the day and be done with it. It was worth asking you guys first though!

You want at least one buffered pedal in your signal chain if you can help it. That will help keep your signal strong back to the amp.

if you run long cords or lots of pedals there is loss involved, unbuffered pedals even true bypass doesnt help that. a buffered pedal will cut down on the loss

Exactly. The only time where a total true bypass or unbuffered pedalboard or long cables won't experience any loss is when using active electronics. They send out such a strong signal from the get go.

None of what I have on the floor in front (3 items) has a buffered bypass so after the tuner I have a small DIY buffer in place. It helps push the signal long the last run of cable to the amp. If I had the Boss tuner, I wouldn't need it.

I run mine in a true bypass loop, which is a good option if you have a tuner in your chain.

Ive used a korg dt-10 for ages and its absolutly rocksolid acurate highly recommend it (cheaper than the boss aswell.)

if you need accuracy then get the strobostomp, its a great tuner but not cheap. the boss tu2 is the best $100 i ever spent

3 or 4 years ago or so i bought a TU-2. I gig and rehearse with it with no plans to replace it or upgrade.

Not to rock the Boss-Boat here, but when I injected a TU-2 into my loop I found it to create more noise rather than suppress it. After pulling it out of the loop I started using my cheap little Korg CA-30 tuner that I usually tune my acoustic with and also use to set the intonation on all my electrics with, and it works perfectly and is accurate. They sell for $20.

had all four..... tu2,intellitouch, strobostomp and dt10...here's my take

IF you need accuracy and bypass...go w/ the peterson.....there is a learning curve for this tuner though....i still own it for setting up

tu2 ---owned it until I tried a korg dt10....now have the dt10 for stage.....tracks much faster, better accuracy than the boss and I think has a better buffer...for stage use I prefer the dt10

intellitouch....more accurate than a boss and TOTAL BYPASS : )...kinda finicky to use, but very convenient

I LOVE MY KORG DT10 . . . AND IN 3 YEARS HAVE NOT HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM WITH IT !!!

I have nothing but praise for that unit !!!

the intellitouch is mostly used in acoustic sets....or not to loud set ups.......I'd say go for the korg dt-10....won't regret the price and performance .....

the Korg is nice, and more accurate than the Boss. I just don't like the size of it. I think Dean Markley just came out with a new pedal tuner too- just as accurate as the Korg and Guyatone.
