Tweak Fuzz

I like it. I like it very much

I've had it for a couple days now, and am definitely still feeling it out. Yeah, that sounds kinda silly for a pretty simple pedal, but I'm new to the fuzz world.

So far, the things that are impressing me most are:

Build quality. This thing is SOLID.

The "Tweak" knob. So far, I'm liking it way more than the run of the mill "Tone" knob.... ya know, the one where there's barely one spot in the rotation that the pedal doesn't sound like mud or an icepick.

The noise.... or complete lackthereof. Tons of fuzz, no white noise. Very cool.

Anybody who's into fuzz pedals and hasn't checked out a Tweak Fuzz really needs to.

i was never a fuzz fan. it was never a useful drive type for me... until i tried the Tweak Fuzz. i love it for its single note definition & it deserves a thumbs up :fing2:

as you can see, i still retain the box...

i totally loved it when i played it (although it was only for like 10 minutes)

but when i do use fuzz, the big muff pretty much does it for me. the tweak doesnt have the extreme mud/bass/fuzzy muffiness, which it isnt supposed to anyway. but the tweak is pretty versatile. its like overdrive mixed with fuzz or something.

I'm not a fuzz fan, but I have NO problem recommending the Tweak Fuzz to those that are. It is a very "tweakable" pedal.

Believe it or not, I've found some hellacious metal tones running it in front of the Dual Recto model on my V-Amp.

riffs- not quite. solo applications- plenty.

btw, listen to Enslaved's latest (Ruun), you'll hear loads of fuzz laden solos in there. as for me, the TF's application in black metal is a valid one.

I use my Muff more as a low gain Distortion than a fuzz, and the tweak fuzz could very well be on my list... I never heard it but all the reviews are great.

I dont use Fuzz much but this is one pedal I wont sell just because it can do so much and its great for just killing time tweaking all the settings.
