Two Phat Cats on a 5 way switch

Hi everybody. I have a Fender Blacktop Strat, and just took out the original humbuckers and pickup selector. I am going to put two Phat Cats, but use a 5 Fender switch, because I already have. There's problem if the two last positions would not affect the sound. Also I want the to have independent volume controls (so I can balance the two pickup outputs when bot are engaged) and a general tone. I searched the Seymour's wiring schematics, but could only find a scheme with a 3 way toggle switch. Any advice or wiring scheme? Thanks.

There are some things you can do, like on the old Fender esquires and teles they would have things like the tone pot would be removed from the circuit. So maybe like:
5 bridge with no tone control
4 bridge with tone control
3 both pickups
2 neck pickup with tone control
1 neck pickup no tone control

This would be cool because then you can dial in a tone on one of the pickups with the knob at a varying spot and then when you need more bite for a solo, you can just switch it out. Or you might just enjoy the sound of the pickup with the tone control disconnected too as it is a little brighter and louder.

You can also set it up to have a complete tone roll off like on the older teles
