Can you get these for any guitar? 6 String? Because i mainly dont use tremlos because of the whammy arm.

Ehhhhh.....no.
Floyd's have a different feel than regular trems. Additionally the use of a "regular" trem that gets the same amount of abuse that a Floyd will likely get without the help of a locking nut is a set up for constant tuning problems.
The "U Bar" is a cool set up in that it's a different approach. While nudging it with your hand is the knee-jerk reaction to using it there's actually alot more that can come from it if you use a tactile approach. Wrapping your pinky around it can give you quick movement. A full grab can give you some serious trem action, both ways.
They've only been offered on the Ibanez K-7 models and there hasn't been a huge market for them so it's unlikely that Ibanez will release it as an individual component. The bridge is actually a standard Floyd-licensed bridge from Ibanez but it's drilled out on both sides to accomodate the bar.
Making one might not be that tough if you were a little innovative and were willing to spend a bit of cash for the trem and a little more maybe for someone that can do metal fabrication and alteration.

I'm a fan of korn in most respects, I just think it's a lazy approach to guitar pyrotechnics. There's definently a place for it, I'm just not the biggest fan of it in the world. Personally I'm more a stickler for left hand tricks, bending the piss outta notes, like 3 fret bends with 11's on my les paul. I love being able to torture the guitar without worrying about dampening strings with my right hand.
