thnx it has been a PITA, his picking technique is so relaxed (downstroke, hammer on, upstroke, downstroke) it seems like he's playing some ballad chords , but he shreds instead. IMHO this technique could take you anywhere from slow to moderate fast back in the 70s. By today's standards of course speeds have gone higher and higher.
