Why doesnt anybody seem to use A3? I thought it was odd he said the A5 was "equal" across the tone spectrum, I thought it was scooped?

2 remarks: the gauss reading for the A5 on that seems a little low (762/716) to my experience. A full charged and oriented A5 should read round 1000 gauss.
I never cared too much on different mags in neck pickups (except some muddy sounding Les Pauls) The real difference show the Bridge. So the best part of comparison vid is missing.

Cool and thanks for posting that. Only thing I will say is wish they had done this with a bridge pickup instead of the neck. In particular on the A8 and Ceramic 8 as that strong mag pull really does not play well IMO in a neck pickup.
