Yes, the G&L hard tail bridge is excellent. They don't feel like Strat bridges, though. They have their own unique feel. If you go with one, I'd find one used, though, as they are very reasonably priced that way.
Callaham makes a nice one, and Marc Rutters makes several models that you might like. (Even though they are made with Teles in mind, they would work on Strats no problem.) Most quality hardware companies make a hardtail Strat model, and you can't really go wrong with any of them.
And don't forget that you don't necessarily need to buy a purpose-made hard tail bridge. You can always take any Strat bridge and make it a hard tail with the simple drilling of a few countersunk screw holes. Very easy to do yourself, or very cheap to have a machine shop do it for you.
