Ultimate SDUG Super Strat HEAT 1 Poll

This is the first of two polls. The TOP 5 in heat one will be combined with the TOP 5 from heat two for a final 10 contestants vying for the honors of Ultimate Super Strat and Runner Up.

Just cast my vote for the red Schecter.
IMO< a Superstart shouldnt be a regular color sunburst. Stock P90's arent Modern metal and look ridiculous on a Superstrat ( from my perspective only).
The White Strat was a litttle too plain 4 me.
The Green Anderson was in the running, for sure, but the trem didnt click for me.
Speed2Dirts Guitar was razor-close in the running with the Schecter, and I dig the three High Output Singles a lot, but the Floyd on the Schecter put it OTT in my book.

IMO< a Superstart shouldnt be a regular color sunburst. Stock P90's arent Modern metal and look ridiculous on a Superstrat ( from my perspective only).

Who said a superstrat had to be modern metal? There were superstrats long before there was what we now call modern metal.

Who said a superstrat had to be modern metal? There were superstrats long before there was what we now call modern metal.

Okay, notwithstanding modern metal, it doesnt do it for me, looks absurd with low output classic P90's..even if they werer Dimarzio SuperD P90's, Im still thinking SG Classic, NOT superstrat, but I am not the ultimate authority in the universe...( am I??). (Plus no Trem).

Now the Red Sparkle, if it was in the rrunning, may well have got my vote..

I have to agree. The lack of dive bomb super trems on these is almost offensive to even call them super strats. Absolutely nothin super about a stock fender style trem.
