I can't seem to figure out what this is. Phaser? Chorus? Flanger? Some unique combo? They seem rather expensive, but Hendrix is using one in "Machine Gun." Do I even need one of these if I have a CH-1, BF-2, EVH Phase 90, and PH-3 already? I don't think I do. Would there even be any point?

It's a phase shifter with it's own unique swirly phase..It is very intoxicating at lower speeds...I use a fulltone mini deja vibe and it nails that whole Hendrix/Trower/Gilmour Univibe tone...
