Well, it's one less part of the the guitar for Gibson haters to point out is not made correctly.

Gibson priced the Spirit line correctly (but they are objectively terrible instruments), but I am thinking a US made Steinberger (or even Korean, with a new version of the TransTrem) won't be under $2k. I would be very surprised if they bring back graphite bodies and/or necks. If they do, add another $1k.
