URGENT - Problem with Wavelength load'n'lock system on a Guild F-512

I recently purchased a Guild F-512 electro-acoustic guitar.

It is abeauty, with excellent sound.

In the first time i plugged it in there was no sound, so i sent it back and they replaced the Wavelength load'n'lock with a new one.

Since then, there is sound, when i plug the guitar, BUT there is a permanent buzz from the speakers (something like feedback but less powerful) that stops when i place my hand, finger etc. in a metallic part of the D-Tar, like the end cap. This is probably happening because of no good ground of the D-Tar system(?).

In addition, the second battery (the one that is not near the end cap but closer to the preamp) is stuck and it does not comes out in order to change it.

I really need to have my Guild working properly because i need it for my daily work.

Please HELP!

Thanks a lot for your time and your effort.
