Welcome to the forum!

I believe the 2 different versions were different paint jobs. The circuit should be the same.

Re: Version Vapor Trail Delay SD

thanks!
I have found this circuit on the web, and it is not the same like me?

I think there is different version.

They sound exactly the same to me. If something changed, I don't hear it in the sound. The older one is silver.

Re: Version Vapor Trail Delay SD

The new board was designed to reduce the number of separate circuit boards used in the design - as you can see, in the older version the footswitch is located on a separate board, whereas in the newer one it is not. Additionally, we moved the tempo LED from inside the time knob to a spot next to it. The audio section of the pedal remains the same as before.

Soooo... when are you gonna release a V2 with tap tempo?

Re: Version Vapor Trail Delay SD

I always thought that tap tempo wasn't really possible on an all-analog delay, as you'd have to have some digital components in there.

You do. The MXR CC deluxe, DOD Rubberneck and a few others do that. Digital control, analog delay. No idea how it works, though
