Vetta II HD Longboard pedals not working?

I just recently bought a FBV Longboard for my Vetta II, and once it arrived I immediatly plugged it in to start getting the pedals going. But to my dismay, no amount of changing settings or routing have done anything. They only activate when the Vetta II is in the default pedal testing banks (F7B and F7C). Is there something wrong with the Vetta, the pedal board, or is it something I might be missing?
