Vibrato Parameters (H90 Content Warning)

I was trying to figure out how to use my H90 to emulate warped vinyl, so I had to consult the user manual. I don't use vibrato all that much and the H90 spec sheet confuses me. Can anyone help me find out what these parameters mean?
Type: Modern, vintage, retro
I can't find anywhere what these mean.

Unused/Stereo Width/Filter Stages: For Modern and Vintage controls the width of stereo panning (stereo mode only). For Retro selects the number of filter stages.
No clue what this means

Depth Mod: Controls the amount of modulation of the Depth parameter. Analogous to AM (Amplitude Modulation).
I think I understand this one. It's like if you had someone sit there and adjust the depth knob while you were playing

Speed Mod: Controls the amount of modulation of the Speed parameter. Analogous to FM (Frequency Modulation).
Same as previous, but speed instead of depth.

Mod Rate / Mod Sens: Sets the secondary LFO rate – determines how fast the Depth Mod and Speed Mod “wiggle” their targets. Ranges from 1/8th to 8x the Speed value. Mod Rate becomes Mod Sens when Mod Source is set to Envelope or ADSR.

No clue what this means. Is it like an LFO on the LFO that controls speed mod and depth mod?

My main questions are, what is Modern, Vintage, and Retro mode, as well as what the use-case would be for speed mod, depth mod, and mod rate?
