I was wondering how the BB bridge would team up with a 59 neck. I also have a PG N but I'm not thrilled with it in an SG.

Is the BB more vintage sounding or modern/hot?

The BB is a ballsier,smoother sounding pickup...An overwound vintage type pickup though for the most part in terms of it's resistance...Reminds me of what I Like best about the 59B and a CC together,but the dual creme bobbins take the cake for me!

I don't care for the PGN either and lean towards the 59N or the Dimarzio VPAF Neck these days...The Jazz N is another one to try.
