I do! My brother Bruce (http://missionamps.com) went through mine and tuned it to perfection. He came up with a little circuit redesign here and there that really improved the tone and my amp just sings. I've said that if my Vox AC-30 had sounded this good, at this volume, I'd have kept it and that's the truth.

Bruce even improved the normally pretty horrible reverb. As long as you keep the reverb turned down really low, it sounds totally usable.

After he was done with mine, he provided Andy Turner with a schematic of the tweaks he did and Andy did exactly the same thing to the Silvertone Twin Twelves used by the WHITE STRIPES.

So if you've heard thier Twin Twelves, you've heard mine.

I just put mine on Ebay though. I'm moving to New Mexico this summer and need to thin the herd, so I'll be selling alot of my stuff that just doesn't get played as much as it deserves.

Wow. Very cool Lew! AFAIK The White Stripes play through the twin twelve's bigger brother the 1485. More power and 6 - 10" speakers. Must be similar circuits to have applied your brother's mod. I might have to pick up another twin to have your brother's mod done to.
