Volume pot with a no-load tone pot

Does the value of the volume pot matter if you have a no-load tone pot?

Definition of a no-load tone pot:
When turned all the way up, the pot acts like a switch and make a 100% contact at the one end. i.e. Treble doesn't bleed anymore. My American Tele came with it.

Last night I loaded an Alnico 2 Pro in the bridge and a Seth Lover in the neck.

But does it matter in regards to how much treble bleed you get?

If I have a Alnico 2 Pro and a Seth Lover Neck (nickle cover and wax potted) in my Tele, plus a no load pot for the tone pot, then what value of pot do I need? 500K? 250K? Or will I not notice a difference?

Also note that I have a push pull pot setup to make the Seth either single coil (screw coil) or humbucker. Side note, the single coil neck sounds just like a normal tele neck.
