Vox Tonelab or Rocktron Voodoo Valve?

Hi All!
I've got to make a decision between the Vox tonelab and the Rocktron Voodoo Valve Online. I'm really torn here. Which would you choose and for what reasons?

The Vox delivers some very good tones, I do not know much about the Rocktron, but I guess it is just down to what your ears like.
