First listen to this clip. Now tell me which WCR pickup you use, the amp you run it through and the style music you play. I`m looking to get either the Goodwood or the Herc set, as soon as my wallet gets ALOT fatter. lol

BTW, that clip is the Goodwood bridge. Killer tone huh? :wink:

I had the Darkburst, GoodWoods, Black Magic there all very nice pickups but the Goodwoods I liked the best.

I use the SR set on my 2000 American Strat. Sorry, Seymour.

I had a Darkburst and a a Fillmore, didn't like them.
The darkburst was too muddy in the neck and the fillmore too shrill in the bridge
I went with the '59/C-5 combo
Works great

I wonder how those new Duncan Stack Plus pickups would compare to the SR set! The thing a lot of guys like about WCRs is the clarity that most other pickups seem to lack. Not sure what he does.
