Im now on a quest to buy a Les Paul, an inexpensive les paul.
That pretty much means im looking for a studio but Im open to any suggestions/offers.
My requirements are:
- mahogany body with maple cap (so no vintage mahoganys or Fadeds or specials)
*edit* scratch that - I might consider a VM or Faded if the price is too good to pass up, but I definitely want a carved top so that still takes the specias out of consideration)
- Structural integrity - I need a dead straight neck with good fret life remaining - no neck/headstock repairs unless they were done by a reputable professional and documentation or other proof can be provided.
Im open to "players" condition as long as price is appropriate. I would also be willing to buy a LP without pickups as I have duncans waiting - so if you LOVE your pickups but want to sell the guitar we can work something out.
Im willing to pay cash - or a combination of cash+trade. I have a Fender Blues Junior NOS (lacquered tweed and Jensen speaker came stock) available for trade, as well as an Ibanez Artcore AF75 full hollow body electric and (possibly) an Epi Les Paul.
