Warmoth Guitar Company?

Re: Warmoth Guitar Company?

He just offers what is cheaper, readily available and more efficient for his business while still offering quality. IT's just standard business planning. I just prefer to do business with people who take some risks cuz I'm a risktaker.

Re: Warmoth Guitar Company?

Well, AFAIC I wouldn't be awfully interested in ordering a bolt on LP/SG either but there are some that would. An Explorer or a V would also be good. I could however totally understand it if they'd want to take it slow.

But as for woods, I would totally dig trying a Kingwood fretboard for instance and I'm not about to go buying a warmoth just for that...
Still, those of you living at the US can just take them a wood blank and they'd make it whatever you'd ask, not gonna work with us though...

Re: Warmoth Guitar Company?

I'm very interested in the idea of a bolt-on LP/SG. I love the idea of swapping necks to try new tones and as far as the body is concerned it's just a shape to me...

I don't entirely believe a set neck is what makes an LP. Also, anyone that knows much about guitars knows the SG comes with the WEAKEST set neck known to man (very poory set and underglued). Many of them are not very sound guitars. A bolt on SG would really be the best SG I think.
